3. Enrollment and Payment
Course Enrollment
To enroll in our courses, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate personal and contact information
- Agree to these Terms of Service
- Complete the enrollment process and payment
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise arranged
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST

Course Confirmation
Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive confirmation via email within 24 hours of enrollment.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Students
You may cancel your enrollment under the following conditions:
- More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus $50 administration fee
- 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
- After course commencement: No refund
Cancellation by Thermal Burst
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to:
- Insufficient enrollment
- Instructor unavailability
- Circumstances beyond our control
If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Course Attendance and Participation
Attendance Requirements
- Regular attendance is required for course completion
- Notify us in advance if you cannot attend a session
- Make-up sessions may be available (additional fees may apply)
- Completion certificates require 80% attendance
Participant Conduct
All participants must:
- Treat instructors and other participants with respect
- Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
- Follow facility rules and safety guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality of other participants' information
Removal from Course
We reserve the right to remove participants for:
- Disruptive behavior
- Failure to follow course requirements
- Violation of these Terms
No refund will be provided for removal due to participant misconduct.

All course materials, including but not limited to:
- Written materials and handouts
- Audio and video recordings
- Training methodologies
- Website content
Are protected by copyright and remain the property of Thermal Burst. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without our written permission.
Your Content
By participating in our courses, you may share personal experiences and information. You retain ownership of your content but grant us permission to use it for educational purposes within the course setting.
